Shipping policy

Processing Time
In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing the next business day.

Backordered items ship as inventory becomes available. If your order contains a mix of in-stock and backordered items, we may hold the shipment until complete or reach out to discuss your preference.

Shipping Carrier
Oak + Ember ships exclusively via UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been picked up by UPS. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Estimates
Transit times are provided by UPS at checkout and begin once your order has shipped — not when it is placed. Oak + Ember is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our studio.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Oak + Ember Insiders enjoy complimentary standard shipping on orders of $100 or more within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.

Note: If you’d like to open shipping to AK/HI or PO boxes down the line, we can revisit — just flag it.

Candle Shipping Notice
Our candles are classified as ORM-D consumer commodities and are shipped ground only in accordance with UPS regulations. Expedited air shipping is not available for any candle orders.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product before discarding anything, and contact us at hello@oakandember.studio within 5 days of delivery. We will work with you to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund. For packages marked delivered but not received, please first check with neighbors and any secure building access points. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will open a trace with UPS.


Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Oak + Ember is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Address corrections after an order is placed may not be possible once processing has begun.
