The Business
Oak + Ember Studio is a home-based small business operating under the laws of the State of Kentucky.

Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice.

Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS ground within 2 business days for in-stock items. Backordered items ship as inventory becomes available. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, contact us at hello@oakandember.studio within 5 days of delivery with photo documentation. We will review and respond within 2 business days.

Candle Safety
Our products are intended for use by adults. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and will follow all candle care and safety instructions included with your order. Oak + Ember Studio is not liable for damages resulting from improper use, including but not limited to fire, property damage, or personal injury.

Intellectual Property
All site content — photography, copy, product names, and brand assets — is the property of Oak + Ember Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., UPS, Shopify). For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oak + Ember Studio’s liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kentucky.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
